UX Overhaul, pilot program and full-rollout

After the first functional internal release of the Atria mobile app, my team was engaged to review and rearchitect the user experience, and create, design and execute the omni-channel communication plan for a pilot and full rollout across 200 communities.

UX Overhaul & Rollout

  • Engaging an outside UX design team and facilitating user interviews with six residents and their families.

  • Building ongoing pre- and post-interview surveys, as well as overall surveys to validate qualitative findings with quantitative results.

  • Rearchitecting the user flows and functional requirements for user sign-in

  • Redesigning the app to account for general usability and UX patterns

  • Working with our overseas app development team to implement the updates
