At the end of the day, a software product is a digital solution to a tangible user problem, right? Well behind all the talk of “users” and “products,” it’s easy to lose sight of what our jobs really boil down to: There is a human being experiencing life – the happiness, the pain, the yearning for fulfillment – our job is to create something that invokes that happiness, reduces or removes the pain or friction, or creates that feeling of fulfillment.
