Glennis Solutions is a subsidiary SaaS company of Atria Senior Living, with scaleable senior living software solutions for CRM, Revenue Management, Quality and Care. I had a dual role in rolling out a B2B SaaS website, as well as a UX/UI overhaul for their proprietary CRM application.

Glennis CRM UX/UI Overhaul

Our software engineering team created a functional minimum viable product of their CRM software, based off of an antiquated proprietary system from the early 2000s. My team was engaged in making a multitude of numbers and data points make sense to the user: our on-the-ground salespeople.

We engaged a number of Community Sales Directors and Sales stakeholders to learn what the day-to-day was like for a salesperson, and discovered primarily four steps each user takes each time they log in:

  1. Who are my immediate hot leads that deserve my attention?

  2. What does my day look like for appointments, tours and follow-up communications?

  3. How am I tracking toward my move-in, tour and inquiry goals? And what should I focus on to achieve my revenue targets for the month (and get my bonus)?

  4. Which specific leads in my active database deserve a follow-up after all of today’s tasks have been completed or accounted for?

We piloted the new dashboard with sales directors, and a few iterations later, the CRM was rolled out full scale. In addition the UI is now used as the foundational starting point for the remaining SaaS products.x

As the new startup established its brand and product offerings, we ran alongside the business with a speed-to-market startup mentality. The first iteration, launched from start to finish in a single two-week sprint, was to establish legitimacy for the brand at trade shows and offer a simple lead-generation form to get in touch with a salesperson.

The second iteration expanded on the sales audience – senior living sales directors, owners and operators – as well as current customers in both management and IT. An expansion and update to product offering, current customer testimonials, a schedule-a-demo call to action (integrated with the Hubspot CRM Sales and Marketing platform) and a support page (integrated with the Jira support ticketing system).

Future iterations are in the works, running in tandem and adjusting to meet the business where they’re at.
